Mrs. Wemhoff and Mrs. Ortmeier’s 1st grade classes took a short trip across town to explore the NBC Greenhouse! Mr. Mottl and the high school students gave them a tour of the aquaponic system, taught them how to care for plants, and even helped them plant their own seeds. What a great day of hands-on learning! 🌿✨

🎓 NBC Alumni Spotlight: Brodey Johnson (Class of 2022)
Big congratulations to NBC alum Brodey Johnson, who was named the NAIA Offensive Player of the Week after leading Midland University to a thrilling comeback win over #17-ranked Concordia! 🏈
Brodey set new school records with 37 completions for 424 yards and seven touchdowns — an incredible performance!
Want to cheer on this former Tiger? Catch Brodey and the Warriors in action this Saturday at 1 PM in Fremont as they take on Briar Cliff.

What a great day for NBC Student Council! 💛🖤 Eight of our middle and high school members represented NBC at the Nebraska State Student Council Convention in Papillion. They focused on leadership, authenticity, and “going for the gold,” while also giving back by donating to the Foster Care Closet and helping pack bags for kids in need.

Today our seniors took big steps toward their futures during Apply2College Day! Mrs. Wess, our NBC Guidance Counselor, organized a special event to help students complete their college applications and learn more about the process. The day also included a fun Bingo game where students discovered interesting facts about staff college experiences and learn more about the application process!

A group of NBC seniors traveled to the University of Nebraska–Kearney yesterday to explore college life! They toured the campus and met with university representatives to learn what makes UNK a great place to continue their education.
