Students brought stories to life as they performed Jack and the Beanstalk, Goldilocks and the Three Bears, and The Three Little Pigs. Their creativity, confidence, and hard work truly shined!
We are so proud of these young performers—fantastic job, everyone! 👏
Thank you to all who came out to support our students!
It was a beautiful night of creating magical memories!

Showtimes Friday and Sunday!

NBC is proud of 2nd Grade teacher Kinsey Wemhoff, the 107.9 The Bull Teacher Feature of the Week 🍎
Mrs. Wemhoff cares deeply about her students and is always looking for ways to connect with each and every one of them. She always puts her students first, and “good enough” is never good enough for Mrs. Wemhoff. Her dedication, passion, and commitment make a difference every single day.
Thanks for all you do for NBC, Mrs. Wemhoff!

🎉 Tomorrow is the BIG NIGHT for all NBC Seniors and Juniors!
A quick reminder that Prom decorations in the Old Gym will be open for public viewing from 5:00–5:30 PM only.
To help keep everything running smoothly, the Old Gym will be closed to the public before and after the grand march.
For students and their dates, doors will open at 6:30 PM and will lock promptly at 6:45 PM. Please plan accordingly.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

They got an inside look from admissions on how to apply and what it takes to become a Husker, followed by an awesome student panel sharing why they chose Lincoln, their majors, and all the ways they stay involved on campus.
Then they explored City Campus with a full tour—checking out the library, student union, rec center, engineering building, residence halls, and more. They wrapped up the day with a meal at Cather Dining Hall
Such a fun and informative trip! 🌽❤️

The NBC 5th grade classrooms got a special visit from 10/11 News and experienced a hands-on crash course with the Weather Tracker vehicle! From learning how meteorologists track storms to seeing the tech up close, it was an afternoon full of curiosity, excitement, and maybe a few future weather experts in the making ☀️🌧️
Huge thanks to 10/11 News for bringing science to life! 👏

(There will be no school for all other NBC grade levels.)

Update: The Tiger/Cadet Track Invitational has been rescheduled for Wednesday, April 8, and will now take place AT WEST POINT starting at 10 am.
Thank you for your flexibility, and we look forward to a great meet!

After visiting a community college as freshmen, this trip gave students a chance to experience the differences at a state college firsthand. They learned all about degree programs, admissions, financial aid, and how to pay for college—big steps toward their futures!
The day included a full campus tour, an awesome show in the planetarium , and lunch on campus. Even better—we ran into a few NBC grads in the cafeteria!
