The NBC Speech Team took 2nd place at the Logan View Speech of Cake Invite on Saturday, March 8th. NBC had medalists in seven different events. Entertainment - Bret Peters, 2nd and Mollie Powell, 5th. Extemporaneous - Vincent Nelson, 4th and Cole Harms, 6th. Informative: Charity Vyhlidal, 1st. Persuasive: Kelsey Bunn, 3rd. POI: Breaunna Rasmussen, 6th. OID: Breaunna Rasmussen, Logan Ortmeier, Corbin Kavan, Mollie Powell, and Hudson Brabec, 2nd and Kelsey Bunn, Emma Williams, Bridget Tauber, and Danial Mullally, 5th.
The next competition for NBC is the District competition on Monday, March 17 at David City.
