Mr. Mottl hosted the Nebraska LEAD Alumni this morning to explain and show them the many ways the NBC students use the greenhouse for in the classroom.
Medicine Man Pharmacy is working with NBC again this year to provide flu vaccines to staff, students, and their families. You can come get your flu shot on Wednesday, Oct. 2 from 3:30pm-4:30pm by the HS cafeteria. Find the link to sign up & more information on NBTIGERS.ORG.
As this school year is in full swing, just a reminder to all NBC students about this FREE online tutoring program they all have access to. If your student could use some extra help with class work, please feel free to sign them up for this program.
Nebraska SMART is a FREE online tutoring program for K-12 students. Tutors are current students at Chadron State, Peru State, and Wayne State Colleges who have been admitted to the teacher education program. Parents must initially register their student(s) before they can receive tutoring services. Once registered, students, or parents on behalf of students can schedule a tutoring session at least 24 hours in advance. Students can join on-demand tutoring to be connected with the next available Tutor.
