1. Tap Band Schedule: ursday: Independent study percussion; Friday: None 2. Juice Stop in Fremont is having $1.00 o smoothies with your student I.D. on

ursday.

  1. The coin war for Dodge County Relay for Life is going on all week between NBCE and NBC. NBCE is leading after one day. NBC students will be able to deposit your coins in the blue tub in the lunch room area every morning and lunch time. The tub is located by the man on the wall. After lunch the tub will be picked up and you will have to go to the office to deposit coins. Thank you for your participation!

  2. 7th and 8th grade boys will check out for basketball today after school in Coach Richardson’s room. You must
    have a physical before you can practice. PRACTICE STARTS MONDAY OCT. 15TH. You will dress for practice in the middles school locker room and be taken down to the elementary. Your parents will pick you up from the elementary. You will get out at 3:25 to dress for practice and get on the bus.

  3. The NBC Spirit Squads are partnering with the Dodge County Sheriff’s Department to offer a FREE self defense training session to all NBC girls in grades 9-12 and their moms (if interested) and any female faculty/staff members. This will be Monday, Oct. 15 from 7:30-8:30 in the NBC wrestling room. Any/all NBC girls in grades 9-12 are welcome to attend; you don’t have to bring your mom, but it’s encouraged! Light refreshments will be served and you will learn a handful of useful defensive tactics/strategies, practice them on each other and DCSO personnel who will be training us. Join us and be sure to RSVP to Coach Wright in Room A17 ASAP!

  4. JH volleyball girls, please turn in your WASHED uniform to Mrs. Treat by Friday.

  5. Retake pictures are due back to the office on Tuesday, October 23 or there is a late fee.

  6. FBLA members that would like to order a tshirt, they will cost $10 and are due to Mrs. Miller by this Friday, Oct 12th.

  7. Friday’s Spirit Wear Theme for the Football game is Pajama Out... come all warm and cozy, ready to cheer on the Tigers to a

    WIN over the Shelby-Rising City Huskies on their home turf. Then turn around Saturday and come support the volleyball girls

    with an AMERICAN-themed Red, White, and Blue student section in all its glory!

10. Let’s go middle school and high school! If we win the coin war, we can have a costume day on Halloween! As of Wednesday

morning the high school only has $34.32 and Elementary has $114.01 for the Coin Wars. The elementary is laying the smack

down on this building. Step it up high school and middle school.

  1. State Wrestling ticket order forms are available, see Mrs. Ray. Orders and payment are due back by 3:30 pm Tuesday, October

    30th.

  2. Student Council Concession on Monday, Oct. 15 - If you are NOT out for a fall sport, plan on working. Sign-up in Mr.

    Nelson’s room.

  3. Scary Movie Night - Friday, Oct. 26 at 8:00 - you must bring a bag chair and for students 9-12 NBC only.

  4. Dodge County Law Enforcement is patrolling the area to make sure drivers come to a complete, legal stop at stop signs, especially near the high school and elementary buildings. Please be cautious and safe when driving to and from school and make sure to come to a complete stop and looking both ways at stop signs.

  5. PINK OUT SHIRTS are in if you ordered at the football game...stop by and get them in the office. There are also plenty of sizes left of Pink Out shirts if anyone is interested. Stop Mrs. Sterup’s room.
